Tender For -30° Freezer System should be vertical standing and should have working volume of 700 Lts ± 2% The system should be certified for research grade as per norms of IS & CE or equivalent and suitable for continuous operation The system should have Microprocessor based PID controller it should have LED display with button control panel and user-friendly control system The system should have direct cooling with manual defrost. The freezer should have double door. The systern should have the temperature control range of -20°C to -30°C The system should have the Maximum cooling performance of -30°C (Ambient Temperature: 35°C) The system should be certified for research grade as per norms of IS & CE or equivalent and suitable for continuous operation The system should have minimum 4 adjustable shelves with 50kg capacity for storage of sample and easy access The freezer should have audio-visual alarms for low/ high temperature, door open and power failure. The system should have remote alarm contacts NO/NC The system should be interior SS chamber and exterior with painted steel to avoid corrosion and starches The system should have an option to mute the audible alarms. The system should have automatic restart function in case of powers failure and after door opening and closing. The Noise level should not be more that 45db. The system should be supplied with drain hose. The system should have ON/OFF control for fan motor for energy saving The system should have one Access port for extemal sensor which should be located at the back of the freezer. It should be supplied with stabilizer and all other accessories required for proper functioning of freezer. The system should have Caster moving wheels with stopper for easy movement with levelling feet. The system should have RS232 communication port The system should be supplied with suitable temperature chart recorder The system should be high power efficient, have high grade thermal puf insulation for freezer wall thickness 65 mm The system should have suitable LED display for temperature. The system should have minimum 3-year warranty. The system should be CE/ISO certified. The system should be as per the Quality management system: ISO9001, Medical Device Management System.ISO13485 and Environmental Management System:ISO14001 The system should have efficiency and low power consumption. The Company must quote the freezer with all the suitable documents to justify the specification of product. System should be suitable for power rating 230v, 50Hz single phase. System should have battery backup for controller, display and alarm. System should be highly energy efficient. System should be supplied with two additional adjustable shelves. Compliance to each of the above points should be separately indicated and evidence presence for each of them Product brochures should be highlighted wherever required). Certificate of calibration and inspection from factory to be supplied with system. The system should be installed by the trained Engineer and users training should be given on Application, operation and maintenance The service team should be in Bangalore.
