Tender For Providing And Fixing Of Open Gym Equipments At Hydel Colony, Gobindpuri, Yamuna Nagar- AB Crunch/Sit Up Station:- Size 1820 mm x 430 mm x 580 mm. Providing and fixing AB Crunch/Sit Up Station Equipment made from ‘B’ Class GI Pipe of 2.5 mm wall thickness of different NB. NB stands for Nominal Bore sizes i.e. Internal Diameter of pipe in millimeters. The main frame is of 50 mm NB made from ‘B’ Class GI Pipe of 2.5 mm wall thickness in a single bend and supported with the MS round plate of DIA 250 x 10 mm thickness. Fiber reinforced plastic sheet of 3 mm thickness is Bounded on 25 mm NB (G.I.) ‘B’ Class GI Pipe of 2.5 mm wall thickness of main frame. The base support of the sit up board is made 40 NB (G.I.) ‘B’ Class GI Pipe of 2.5 mm wall thickness. The equipment is fixed on ground with cement concrete and J shaped welded bolts of 18 mm thickness. Main pipe supported M.S. plate of 280 mm x 130 mm x 5 mm thickness is used. The gym equipment shall be finished smooth with a primer coating of at least 40 micron followed by epoxy based powder coating with polyester powder coating of at least 60 to 70 micron thickness using Exonobel/Berger make paints or its equivalent paints. The holding down/fixing of pen gym equipments shall be embedded in cement concrete in the ration of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone agg. 20 mm nominal size). 2 Cross Trainer/Elliptical Exerciser:- Size 1200 mm x 500 mm x 1200 mm. Providing and fixing Cross Trainer/Elliptical Exerciser made from ‘B’ Class GI Pipe of 2.5 mm wall thickness. The Center Pipe is of 80 mm NB made from ‘‘B’ Class GI Pipe of 2.5 mm wall thickness and the bottom support of M.S. Round plate of 250 mm diameter and 10 mm thickness are welded at bottom. The Handle Frame is made up of 25 mm NB ‘B’ Class GI Pipe of 2.5 mm wall thickness MS Round Pipe. To Join the Centre pipe and handle Frame Seamless Pipe of 50 mm 00 and 3 mm Thickness is used. For the movement, Bushes are used and for it 60 mm 00 and 3 mm thickness. The footrests is made from FRP/C.I./Aluminum casting material, its sizes are 130 mm X 300 mm and 5 mm thickness. M.S. plate of 280 mm x 130 mm x 5 mm thickness is used. Closing Caps made from top quality FRP material which is of 2mm thickness. The Pins used is made up of 25 mm diameter hardened bright bar. The Bearings used are of `6205` permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed make. The handles used for cross trainer are of Rubber grip. The Nut Bolts used for assembly are made from S.S. material. The equipment is fixed on ground with cement concrete and J shaped welded bolts of 18 mm thickness and painting is done by attractive color spraying after proper surface treatment, Shot blasting and initial coat of yellow primer surface is applied before top coat. The top coat is done using the best quality brand paint or duly powder coated. 3 Triple Twister Providing and fixing Double Twister with DIMENSIONS: - 1700 mm (Length) x 540 mm (Width) x 1250 mm (Height). SAFE AREA: - 3 Mtr x 1 Mtr. Triple Twister equipment made from C Class G.I pipe of different NB. NB stands for Nominal Bore Sizes i.e. Internal Diameter of pipe in millimetres. The Center Pipe is of 100mm NB made from B or C Class G.I. Round Pipe. The M.S. round plate of 250 mm and 10mm thickness is welded at bottom. The standing frame of the Double twister is of 32 NB made from B or C class G.I. pipe. The handle frame of double twister is 25 NB. The Twister plate fitted on the standing frame is made up of M.S. Round Plate of size 300mm diameter and 10mm thickness. Safe area:- 2000 mm (Length) x 1000 mm (Width). Arm and paddle bike made from “C” class G.I. pipe. The center pipe is of 40mm NB made from “C” class G.I. pipe. The handles are made up of casted iron material with plastic holding grips. For foundation holes pass provision is provided. The footrests is made from Aluminum casting material, its sizes are 130 mm x 300 mm and 3 mm thickness. The equipment is fixed on ground with cement concrete and J shaped welded bolts of 18 mm thickness. The seats and bank rests are fitted on the outer frames are made up of M.S. sheet of size 280 x 130 x 5 mm thickness and deep drawn and pressed in tools and dies to have uniform radius of 20 mm with no sharp edges. The pins used is made up of 25 mm diameter harden low carbon steel. The bearing used is of “6205” permanent lubricated sealed bearing. The nut bolts used for assembly are made from S.S. material.
