| 1 | Supplying required men & material, providing necessary tools and tackles for cleaning of roads upto Kerb Stone (Black topping/ Concrete area of the roads) sweeping, removing the loose stones, waste materials, garbage, cotton waste , papers etc., disposing of the same to the burning yard (located near CPP), burning the same under controlled fire-conditions etc., all complete as per specification, as per the schedule and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 2 | Supplying required men & material, providing necessary tools and tackles for cleaning of road Berms upto drain (area in between the drain and Kerb Stone in both sides of the roads) sweeping, removing the loose stones and un wanted plants & bushes, waste materials, garbage, cotton waste , papers etc., disposing of the same at burning yard (located near CPP) and burning the same under controlled fire-conditions etc., all complete as per specification, as per the schedule and as directed by the Engineer-in charge. (Cleaned Berms areaonly shall be measured for payment). |
| 3 | Providingrequired men, material & tools for cleaning of storm water drains including clearing of vegetation 1.0 m on both sides of the drain in the plant site by removing silt deposits, debris, algae mats, unwanted vegetation, loose stones and other floating material at alllifts including removing the silt under culverts, disposing the removed materials to the dumping yard(located near CPP). Including cleaning of RCC hume pipes in vents/drain out lets in the compound walletc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Contractor should ensure free and un-obstructed flow of storm water for a period of six months from the date of cleaning of the drains). |

| 7 | Providing required men, materials & tools for Cleaning of the grills at different locations of the plant boundary wall including cleaning of deeper sump portion wherever required including disposing of the same to dump yard (located near CPP)all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 8 | Providing required men and materials for cleaning the site drinking water over head tank in main plant area & throughly cleaning the internal surfaces of walls, floors and ceilings including rubbing all the internal surfaces with brushes, removing the algae, fungi, mud, slurry, cobwebs and removing the foreign materials if any and washing the surfaces with bleaching powder complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: All the tools, tackles, brushes, ladders, ropes and bleaching powder for cleaning works has to be brought by the contractor. The height of the tank is around 25M, contractor should follow all safety procedures and take safety precautions and execute the work safely. |
