    Tender For Renovation & Maintainance Of Bus Shelters And Displaying Advertisement On Illuminated / Non Illuminated Bus Shelters In Pune Cantonment Limit Note:A ) The Size Of Existing Bus Shelters Shall Not Be Increased / Decreased Without The Permission Of Ceo / Pune Cantonment Board.B ) The Tenderer Shall Use The Advertisement Space Of The Bus Shelters Only After Carrying Out Requisite Modifications / Renovations / Repairs To The Existing Bus Shelters As Per The Drawings / Specifications Attached To This Tender To Ensure Structural Stability And Aesthetic Appearance At His Own Cost.C ) The Tenderer Has To Display Bus Timings, Bus Route No. And Other Details / Public Information. D ) The Noc For Electric Connection For The Illuminated Bus Shelters Will Be Given By The Office. However, The Electricity Charges Have To Be Borne By The Tenderer.E ) The Contract Period Is For Five Years And The Amount Is To Be Quoted Per Annum By The Tenderer For The Respective Sites Mentioned Below.F ) The Sites Of Bus Shelters Will Be Allotted To The Highest Bidder At The Discretion Of The Board.G ) Gst As Applicable Shall Be Paid By The Tenderer Separately To The Board.
