Servicing And Replacement Of Spares Of Split Hot And Cold Type Acs Installed In Different Section / Wards At Govt Ld Hospital Srinagar- 1 Servicing ofvarious capacities split type hot and coldair conditioning units by using skilled labours and technicians. The job includes dismantling ofindoor/outdoor unit filters and cleaning fins of coilby using suitabe vaccum cleaner. The job also includes removing of dust and dirt from the out door unit by way of spraying suitable compound and cleaning ofdrain pipe by way of spraying high pressure water. The job further includes the covering up of all the electrical items pertaining to the unit so that cleaning process may not damage the electrical items, The job further includes drying up of both indoor and outdoor unit with blower so that no trace of moisture can be there and checking all parameters of working and setting them right as per requirementand then assembling and reinstalling back all the items removed from the unit followed by testing the performance of the AC unit on load. All tools and tackles shall be arranged by the firm. 2 Providing and filling of (R-410/R-32/R-22) refrigrant to different capacity split type ACs 3 Providing and fitting of outdoor unit PCB card to 2 ton MITSUBUSHI inverter series typemake hot and cold air conditionerby way dismantling of old and damaged card from the unit and fitting of new, the item should confirm to IS norms also. The job includes providing of skilled labor, tools, tackles and testing of PCB card on full load 4 Providing and fitting of outdoor unit PCB card to 2 ton DIAKIN inverter series make hot and cold air conditionerby way dismantling of old and damaged card from the unit and fitting of new. The job includes providing of skilled labor, tools, tackles and testing of PCB card on full load 5 Providing and fitting of outdoor unit PCB card to 2 ton IFBinverter series make hot and cold air conditionerby way dismantling of old and damaged card from the unit and fitting of new. The job includes providing of skilled labor, tools, tackles and testing of PCB card on full load 6 Providing and fitting of PVC drain pipe (0.5 inch or as per site requirement) by way of dismantling the old and worn out pipe and fitting of new one. The job includes p/f of insulation and other allied items to complete the job 7 Providing and fitting of2 kw compressor compatible with 2 TON toshiba inverter series hot and cold split type air conditioner model(RAS-24S3KHS-IN) make, single phase 230 volt 50 hz by way of dismantling the old and damaged compressor from the outdoor unit and refitting of new one. The job icludes providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to complete the job. 8 Chemical Servicing of2 TON Toshiba splittype hot and coldair conditioning(inside of condensor and evaporator coil) unit with suitable descaling compoundby using skilled labours and technicians. The job includes dismantling ofindoor/outdoor unit filters and cleaning fins of coilby using suitabe vaccum cleaner.
