    Supply Of Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix Tubing Kit ., ( Sr Ph Code 425570 ) Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix ( Prfm ) Tubing Kit - Is A Biological Substance Made From Peripheral Blood To Trigger Healing And Regeneration, With One Step Gel Separation Technology With Activator ( Calcium Gluconate ) . Stimulates Activation Of Growth Factors, Pdgf And Tgf, Igf Are At Autologous. Content Can Be Prepared Between 5-8 Minutes. The Derived Product Is Used Topically On The Wound To Generate The Wound To Heal. Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix ( Prfm ) 1. The Complete Process From The Point Of Loading Of The Blood To The Processing Container, Centrifuging And Transfer Of The Product To The Wound Must Be Done Within A Closed And Sterile System To Eliminate Contamination. 2. The Processing Must Be Done In The Operation Theatre With A Rapid Process. There Must Be No Need To Transfer The Contents Outside The Operation Theatre To Complete The Process; So That The Sterility Is Maintained. 3. The Centrifuge Must Be Portable And Individualised For Platelet Rich Plasma Preparation So That The Rotation Speeds Are Within The Critical Limits Allowing The Separation Of The Plasma Without Injuring The Granulations Of The Platelets. 4. The Containers Must Be Customizable To Allow Customizable Cell Composition And Volume As Per Requirement In The Particular Patient. 5.
