    Tender For Providing Griha Advisory And Documentation Services For The Construction Of Translational Research Centre At University Of Calicut (Retender). Sl. No. 1 Description Qty Providing GRIHA advisory and document services for the Construction of Translational Research Centre at University of Calicut in the following stages. 5263 m² Stage - 1: Submission of GRIHA Preliminary Design Guidelines on site, Architecture, Energy Efficiency, Water & Waste Management, Low Energy Building Material & Others (construction Technology, Health, Well-Being and environmental Quality etc.) & Report on sustainable Site Planning followed by Site Visit and Detail site Assessment (Includes a Check list of immediate action points). Stage-2: Submission of GRIHA Report on Daylight & Energy Simulation that includes, the detail design Review, analysis, simulations, Calculations Recommendations on Architecture and ECBC complaint Building Envelope, Equipment Specifications (make & model) and Energy efficiency (ECBC Complaint Air Conditioning Design, Artificial Lighting system & Renewable Energy System) and Completion of GRIHA 1 site Due Diligence Visit. Stage-3 GRIHA Documentation Preliminary submission: At the time of project nearing completion agency shall upload the documents for all criteria on the online panel for GRIHA preliminary evaluation and completion of GRIHA 20 site Due Diligence visit. Stage-4: GRIHA Documentation Final Submission includes (i) Requisite information sought during preliminary evaluation (ii) Completion of GRIHA 3 site Due Diligence Visit and Facilitation (iii) Post Occupancy GRIHA building audit through a third party building auditor (iv) Submission of final documentation to achieve GRIHA Final Certification.
