    Repairing Of Automatic Chlorinator By Supplying Of Different Spares And Other Works At Different W/S Scheme As Per Enclosed List - C , Block - Midnapore Sadar Under Mmsd-I, Phe Dte.- 1 Dismantling of chlorine machine part by part as per direction of EIC. 2 Supply of the following spares as below:-a)Tail piece (200mm long) 3 b)15 mm dia GI Elbow 4 c)Long Screw 5 d)GM Gate Valve(15mm) 6 e)Mobil Oil 7 f)15 mm dia NRV (Approved Make) 8 g)GI Pipe ,15 mm 9 h)15mm dia GI Tee 10 i)Gasket Set 11 j)Short Piece(100mm) 12 k)15mm dia flexible PVC pipe for supply chlorine machine solution (Approved Make) 13 Washing cleaning of Chlorine machine unit including chlorine machuine tank pipe &specials etc by enagging skilled personnel once in month with supply of fast moving spares parts such as gland packing clamp nut &bolt etc as required to keep the unit inhelathy condition. [ w.e.f 01-01-2024 to 31-05-2024 ] ---- 22 tube wells once in month = 132 times 14 Reassemble the above chlorine dozing pump part by part with newly supplied materails as exactly required from SL No (i) to ( k) including old serviceable spares and testing complete as per direction of EIC.N.B--Payment to be made on the basis ofmeasurement of finished quantity of work..
