    Tender For Whole Genome Sequencing (Wgs) Of Poultry Samples. Whole Genome Sequencing 1. High quality paired end genome sequencing 2 . Number of samples 3 (Pooled sample of 20 in each sample) 3. Species- Chicken/ Gallus gallus domesticus 4. Read length-2 x 150 bp 5. Read quality (85% or above of total reads): Q30 (PHRED scores) as per the international guidelines. 6. Coverage->40X 7. Data yield/ sample >48 GB . Data output: Raw data, base calls, quality scores, FASTQ files, etc. 8 9. DNA Samples will be supplied; the remaining protocols should be performed by firm 10. Genome sequencing and assembly-sequencing using 2x150 PE chemistry. Reads should be assembled by latest version of assembler. 11. The firm should provide the following information: a. Sample shipping method b. Sample preparation procedure c. Library preparation kit and sequencing kit to be used d. Quality control at each steps e. Duration of generation of data f. Method of shipping data on blue-ray disk/DVD drives or FTP transfer g. Assembly of data using standard genome assembler.
