Dismantling of the 300 mm diameter actuator operated rising spindle sluice valve from the delivery pipeline for pump no. 2 (group B)

Providing Blank flanges on both side (02 nos.) of the pipeline after opening the valves.

Supply, fitting & fixing of 36 mm dia. SS 304 Bush/Lock & gasketalong with machining of 1 mtr. long SS rising spindle to suit the new bush/lock nut of 300 mm dia. actuator operated sluice valve.

Repairing of gate and spindle of above sluice valve by SS welding and grinding.

Fitting & Fixing of sluice valve asembly to the delivery pipeline of pump no. 2 as per TS and direction of EIC.
