    Tender For Repair To The Departmental Dg Set 25Kva-1 Complete Periodic Maintenance Of The Dg Set By Way Of Draining Of Old Engine Oil, Filter Set And P / F Of New Engine Oil: 15W40: 7 L, Coolant : 9 L, Filter Set; 1 Set, Checking Of V- Belt And Tightening Of Nuts And Bolts, Greasing Of Generator Whereever Is Necessary, Replacement Of Water Hose Piping, Replacement Of Zinc Protective Plugs., Lubricating Of Raw Water Pump, Checking And Resetting Of Valve Clearances. Replacement Of Speed Governor And Engine Shut Down Switch, Lubrication Of Starter. Cleaning Of Exhaust Piping, Replacement Of Thermostats Sensor, Replacement Of Anti- Vibration Damper Pads. Job Includes Cost Of Material, Labour And Taxes. 2 Cleaning Of Inter Cooler By Way Of Thoroughly Removing Of Dirt And Deposit From The Cooling Tube Walls With Recommended Detergent Solution And Then Washing The Nest Of Tubes With Clean Water And Put Into The Neutralizing Agent For 10 Minutes And Then Again Wash Out With Water. The Job Includes Cost Of Material, Dismantling And Then Re-Assembling The Components, Labour Charges And Taxes. Complete Job. 3 Replace Changeover Switch And Fitted New Changeover Switch 63A 415V 4Pole 3 Phase Switch Including Fitting And Labour Charges. 4 Rebate Against Old Parts.
