Tender For Special Repairs To Certain Roads ( 200 Meter ) At Old Cantt Under Ge Gangtok; 1 M & L For Scarifying Or Picking Gravelled, Macadam Or Bituminous Macadam Surfaces In Area Not Exc400 Sqm And Deep Of Exc 50 Mm And N Exc 100 Mmfor Removing N Exc 50 Metres And Stacking Complete All As Specified And As Directed. 2 M&Lpremix Bituminous, Macadam Laid / Rolled And Compacted To Required Gradient And Camber ( Consolidated Thickness 75Mm Or Less ) Using Paving Bitumen ( Vg-30 ) As Binder Content Complete All As Specified And As Directed. ( Note:- ( A ) Preparation Of Surface And Priming / Tack Coat Shall Be Measured And Paid Separately. ( B ) Seal Coat Or Wearing Coat Shall Be Measured And Paid Separately. ( C ) The Unit Rates Are Worked Out On The Basis Of Binder Content Of4% By Weight Of Total Mix. Any Addition Or Deduction In Binder Content Used, Financial Effect Shall Be Adjusted Proportionately As Per Instruction Given In Ssr Part-Ii.Any Addition Or Deduction Shall Be Determined Through Boo By Ge ) . 3 M&L For Bituminous Premixed Carpet, 4Cm Consolidated Thickness, With 0.54 Cu.M. Of Stone Chippings Mixed With 29.20 Kg Of Binder ( Using Paving Bitumen Vg-30 ) , Laid Androlled With 8 To 12 Tonne Power Road Roller And Compacted To Required Camber And Gradient Complete All As Specified And Directed. 4 M & Lrepair To Potholes Any Depth, Not Exc 1 Sq M Each Including Sweeping Free From Dust And Mud, Or Water, Scoring Sunken Surfaces In Roads, Paths, Etc. Cutting Around Edges To At Least 25 Mm In Depth, Making Good Byapplying Tack Coat @ 5 Kg Per 10 Sq M, Putting In Premixed Bituminous Macadam, Well Rammed And Sealed With Binder 9.8 Kg Per 10 Sq M, Blinded With 0.09 Cu M Of Stone Chippings, 6.3 Mm Size And Again Well Rammedrolled With 8 To 12 Tonne Power Road Roller ( Including Supply Of Premixed Macadam, Binder And Chippings ) Depth Of Potholes Exc 30 Mm Complete All As Specified And Directed. 5 M & L For Preparing Black Top Surfaces By Brushing With Wire Brushes For Removing Caked Mud Etc. Sweeping With Brooms And Finally Fanning The Cleaned Surface With Gunny Bags To Remove All Loose Dirt Etc.Complete All As Specified And As Directed. 6 M & L Using Applying Evenly A Priming / Tack Coat@ 5Kg Per 10Sqm Using Paving Bitumen Vg-10 Complete All As Specified As Directed. 7 M & L For Extra For Forming Fair Finished Drain Or Channel 30 Cm Inner Girth In Cement Concrete, Using Extra Cement, Including Forms, Moulds, Mitred / Stopped Ends Etc. Complete All As Specified As Directed. ( Note:- Add Or Deduct For Each 25 Mm Girth Or Part Thereof Over Or Under 30Cm Shall Be Adjusted As Per Execution Of Work ) . 8 M & L For Cement Concrete 1:3:6, Type C-2 ( Using 40Mm Graded Stone Aggregate ) As In Surface Channels And Drain Completeall As Specified And Directed. 9 M&Lfor Applying Evenly A Priming / Tack Coat@ 10Kg Per 10Sqm On Wbm Surfaces Using Paving Bitumen Vg-10 Complete All As Specified And As Directed. 10 M&L Liquid Seal Coat, Applying Evenly Binder ( Vg-10 ) @ 9.8 Kg Per 10 Sqm Blinding With 6.3Mm Size Stone Chippings @ 0.09 Cum Perl0 Sqm And Rolled To A Uniform Smooth Surface Using 8-12 Tonne Power Road Rollercomplete All As Specified And Directed.
