Dragging Out The Stabilizer From Pump Room By Deploying Skilled Labourand With The Help Of Heavy Tools And Tackles At Site. Unfastening Of Nuts And Bolts And Opening The Top Cover And Then Dismantling Of Complete Unit By Way Of Chain Pulley Block, Tripod Stand To Draw Outcoils And Then Shifting Of Voltage Stabilizer To Workshop By Deployingskilled Labour. Removal Of Oil From The Tank And Storing It Properly In Barrels. Cleaning Of The Oil Tank Using Chemicals To Remove Carbon Deposits. Providing And Fitting Of 2 No. Coil Out Of Superior Quality Wire Of Insulated Material As Per Original Specification. Cleaning And Re-Fixing To The Core After Proper Insulation. Reassembling The Stabilizer Assembly. Replacement Of Voltmeter, Ampere Meter And Selector Switch.Job Also Includes Providing And Fitting Of 01 No 100 Ampere Mccb-35 Ka In Place Of Damaged One. Repair To The Internal Control Wiring.Topping Up Of Fresh T-Oil 70 Ltr. Fixing Of Core Assembly Into The Oil Tank And Shifting Of Stabilizer From Workshop To Pumping Station By Deploying Skilled Labour And Dragging Into The Pump Room. Making Necessary Electrical Connections And Testing It On No Load At Least For 6 Hours And Then On Full Load. Complete Job Including Cost Of Material, Labour And Hire Charges Of Tool And Tackles At Site. Rebate If Any Should Be Quoted Separately.
