    Tender For Dismantling, Fabrication And Erection Of Worn-Out Portion Of Molasses Tank No.2 ( North Side ) On Labour Rate Basis-Dismantling, Fabrication and Erection of worn-out portion of Molasses Tank No.2 (North side) on labour rate basis.Detail of this Molasses tank is as under:-Dia of tank= 20 MHeight of tank = 10 MWork to be done as under:-Dismantling, Fabrication and Erection of worn-out portion of shell and roof of Molasses storage tank (M.S) with proper supports and strengthening on labour rate basis.Size of the Tank to be repaired= 20 M diaTotal Shell Height of the tank to be replaced = 7.775 M (approx)Thickness of plate upto 1.25 M height = 12 MMThickness of plate upto 2.5 M height = 10 MMThickness of plate upto 2.5 M height= 8 MMThickness of plate for further 1.5 M height = 6 MMFabrication of centre column of required height with proper supports, Molasses tank roof, trusses, purlins, Manholes, connected pipe lines & valves ladder, hand railing, cooling coil etc.Note: Old 3rd& 4th body shell of dia 20 M have to shifted at top level 2 Nos. shells if required
