Insulation: Ceramic Fiber of Zirconia grade • Construction: Multi-walled with air insulation on the outer side for minimal skin temp. Control: Automatic and manual control Furnace Cooling: Automatic Temp. Controller: Microprocessor based PID Programmable controller with 8 programmable segments for precise control of heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time. Built in PID auto-tube function with overheating & broken thermocouple broken protection. Over temperature protection and alarm allows for operation without attendant. Vacuum and gas system: Self-expansion type double silicon ring flange ⚫ Aluminum Tube: 01 nos ⚫ Safety: Over current and short circuit protection. ⚫ Power Supply: 220 volts, 50Hz single phase AC supply.
