UNDER ACEDEMIC SECTION: Number of manpower= 4 nos. Scope of work= Operation of Audio Visual systems . Providing technical support to AV systems andits connectivity that includessound mixer, amplifier, projectors, all microphone , cables ,connectors, , Laptops, Desktops,operations of lights and accessoriesunder supervision ofAcademic Section .. Area= Lecture Hall complex, Class roomsat Core I and Core II, Core III and Core IV, New Academic Building .

UNDER IPM SECTION: Number of manpower = 7 nos. Scope of work= Operation ofAudio Visual systems. Providing technical support to AV systems andits connectivity;including all audio and video items,projectors, All types of microphone , digital audio mixer, computer, cables connectors,mic stand andaccessories. Operation and handling of stage lightingsystem, hall lights .Taking care of all video conference support and coordination . Operation support of manual drapers, screens, cyclorama etc. Operation and technical supportduringmeetingand other functions drama, musical events and stage show etc . Light effect operations and maintenance as on demand.Configuring, maintaining of digital network through D Snake and Wi-Fi. Maintenance of OFC passive and active components, connectors etc.Area: Auditorium Building including mini Audi, Conference Centre ( 4 Halls), Senate Hall, Guest House Conference Room and other areas as per direction of engineer in charge.

Sub total amount of Part A: Maintenance work for 12 months as per manpower analysis at Annexure-A

PART-B: Supply ofitems(Inclusive of installation,transportation,testing, commissioning and profit )

Sub total amount of Part B: Development works for 12 monthsat Annexure-B [Inclusive of GST]
