Fixing of base frame on foundation block with the help of foundation bolts, tightening of foundation bolts and its proper levelling by using levelling tool. Placing of motor andPump on thebase frame, aligning of motor and pump and fitting of coupling pulley set, etc. after itsproper levelling with steel shims etc. Job also includes floor work inside the Pumping station. Complete Job includes cost of cement, sand, Bajri, nuts bolts, shims, foundation bolts, tar steel,hire charges of tool tackles and skilled and unskilled labour charges .Fabrication/ Laying of suction line of HCP by way of fitting of G.I Pipe of size 80 mm dia. Sluice valve02 No’s for suction sides of both the Pumps with flanges, nuts-bolts, washers, RI Sheets. Laying of delivery lines by way of P/F of G.I Pipes 80m m dia.(Medium), 1inch gate valve, Reflux valves -02 No’s with matching flanges at delivery side of both Pumps . The arrangement to be made in such a way to use both pumps alternatively in case of breakdown of one Pump. Interconnecting of delivery lines with the existing rising main. The job includesP/F M.S bends, flanges, nut-bolts, washers and1/2” waste water pipe as per required length for Connecting from one end of delivery port of the pump to other end in the sump tank and all necessary fittings as per the site requirements. Complete welding of suction / delivery lines should be done in triple layer with a good quality electrodes to make leak Proof Joints. Complete job includes cost of material, Carriage/ shifting charges of material, welding charges, skilled/semi-skilled labour charges and hire charges of tool / tackles. P/F of aluminium cable 240 sq mm (Single core) approx., 30 mtrs and 185 sqmm (Single core) 10 mtrs (Approx.). P/F of 50 sqmm PVC foundation block.
