Supplier May Visit The M / S Bhel Factory Premises For Exact Assessment And Better Undertsanding Of Requirement. 3 ) Material Test Cetificate Should Be Submitted. Pqc: 1 ) As This A Critical Work, Supplier Should Have Earlier Successful Experience In Dealing Similiar Type Of Conveyor Chain & Conveyor Track Works. Supporting Pos ( Preferably Bhel Pos ) Should Be Submitted For Tender Quliafication. 2 ) Suppliers Failing To Meet Pqc Shall Be Technically Disqualified. , Varnish Colelction Tray-Varnish Machine Supply And Installation Of Varnish Collection Tray For Varnishing Machine: Tray Length: 1.2 Mtrs Tray Width : 0.25 Mtrs Note: 1 ) New Tray Should Be Manufactured To Suit The Existing Tray. 2 ) Removal Of Exisiting Tray, Installation Of New Tray, Nylon Braided Hose Pipe Connection Etc Lies Under The Scope Of Supplier. , Conveyor Track Installation For Var M / C Conveyor Chain & Track Installation Service For Varnishing Machine: 1 ) Heating Elements, Heating Plates, Asbestos Cloth Etc To Be Removed And To Be Re Assembled Back After Completion Of Installation. 2 ) Old Conveyor Chain To Be Removed And To Be Rolled And Packed. 3 ) Old Track To Be Removed And New Track To Be Assembled. 3 ) New Conveyor Chain To Be Installed On The New Track And Chain Tightness Adjustments Etc To Be Done. 4 ) New Conveyor Should Run Smoothly With Out Any Hitches. 5 ) Successful Machine Running Shall Be Checked For A Minimum Of 3 Shifts In The Presence Of Supplier. 6 ) Conveyor Track Geometrical Accuracy Parameters Like Parallelism, Straightness Etc Should Be Proved To Be In Limits.
