I/we, having examined the bidding documents and understood their contents, hereby submit my/our Financial Bid for Licensing of IT park located at Pattabiram, Chennai.

The Bid is unconditional, and I/We undertake to make payments to TIDEL as per the payment schedule without any delay.

License Fee (Quoted license fee per Square feet per Month) Please refer 6.17 under qutoation of licence fee in page 28 of technical bid

i. All statutory taxes, statutory dues, local levies, etc. as applicable shall be charged extra and will have to be remitted along with the License Fees for onward remittance to the Government. The Licensee shall indemnify TIDEL from any claims that may arise from the statutory authorities in connection with this License Agreement. ii. Payment of stamp duty on agreement, if any, to be executed in pursuance of this bid shall be borne solely by the Licensee.iii. Utility bills such as electricity, etc., for the licensed space, which will be received in the name of TIDEL, has to be paid by the Licensee to TIDEL or be paid directly on behalf of TIDEL and shall provide necessary proof of such payment.
