Name of Work: Selection of Bidder for Implementation of GIS enabled cloud based Property Tax Information Management System (PTIMS), Maintenance of the System and Collection of Property Tax (UD Tax) and Other Revenue as mutually agreed upon,Including Issuance of Notice & Bills, with Technical Handholding Support in GIS Mapping and Updating Demand, Collection, Registers And Maintenance of House Tax Record etc. for the Next 6 Years as Detailed in the RFP Document.

Total fee in percentage of amount actual realized in the F.Y. of Urban Development Tax,including all other charges against any services etc. as and when imposed by the MCA.The firm will provide services for Updation of existing data along with GEO Tagged door-to-door Survey Assessment, Collection and Recovery of taxes for all nature of services , as per scope /addition by MCA in future on same terms andconditions of payment defined in RFP.
