    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - ---MUNICIPAL COUNCIL SHAHPUR DISTRICT – BETUL SCOPE OF WORK 1. Contract Period : 5 Months 2. Total nos. of working days in the contract of 5 month period = Minimum 10 days for each vehicle or actual as per requirement. 3. Timing of the work = 9:00AM to 6:00 PM including 1 hour lunch 4. Minimum 2 hour work cab be provided. 5. Removal of garbage, waste and debris from various locations as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. 6. Each Tractor will be accompanied with a Hydraulic Trailer with one driver and one helper. The fuel, repair and maintenance will be in the scope of bidder. 7. Payment shall be made on actual running working days. In case of failure of any machinery (JCB) more than 1/2 hour the payment shall be deducted as prorata basis 8. Quote rates for 5 Months.
