First, Remove Loose Excess Penetrant With A Coarse Water Spray. This Removes Most Of The Surface Penetrant And Makes It Easier For The Zr-10B To Function. It Also Keeps The Zr 10B Solution From Becoming Contaminated With Penetrant Rapidly. Second, Immerse The Prerinsed Object Into A 20% Solution Of Zr -10B In Water 1 Part 4 Parts Water ) .
