Installation / Construction Of New Piezometer At Different Places Under Jurisdiction Of Ground Water Department, Division - Prayagraj.- 1 Construction of Piezometer 2 Transportation of DC Rig machine including cost of labour etc. complete. 3 Water supply charges for drilling work. 4 Drilling of 200 mm dia bore well by DC rig machine including cost of labour, equipment etc, complete required for proper completion of work. 5 Providing of 100 mm dia CS/CM Casing Pipe (confirming IS:12818) assembly. 6 Providing of 100 mm dia CS/CM Ribbed Screen (confirming IS:12818) assembly. 7 Lowering of 100 mm dia PVC Assembly including cost of labour etc. complete. 8 Providing & fixing of 100mm dia threaded PVC end cap. 9 Providing & fixing of 150 mm dia MS pipe (confirming IS:1239) 10 Providing & fixing of MS clamp for holding of MS pipe. 11 Providing & fixing of 200 mm x 200 mm square MS plate including 4 nos. fasteners etc. 12 Providing & filling of Pea Gravel of size 2 mm to 4 mm dia into bore well including cost of labour,material etc. required for proper completion of work. 13 Development of bore well by 3 HP submersible pump. 14 Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift up to 1.50 m and lead up to 50 m. 15 Providing & laying of Cement Concrete of size 1.5mx1.5mx0.15m below CC block in 1:4:8 (Cement, fine sand and brick ballast 40 mm size) in foundation with ramming & dressing etc. complete work with all material, labour, T&P as required. (SOR 275) 16 Providing & laying of Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone ballast 20 mm nominal size ) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 0.8 m x 0.8 m x 1.50 m = 0.96 cum0.60 m x 0.60 m x 0.15 m = 0.054 cum. (SOR 279b) 17 Fabrication & fixing of Security System as per design including cost of material, labour, etc. required for proper completion of work. 18 Fabrication & supply of angle Iron Sign board of frame size 1.20x0.90x1.95 mt. with cross strip & beading of size 30x4 mm welded on frame of MS angle size 40x40x5 mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge as per drawing & design including all labour, material and T&P etc. complete. 19 Fixing of legs of sign board on cement concrete block of size 0.30x0.30x0.60 mt. in ratio 1:3:6 as per drawing & design including all labour, material etc. complete. 20 Painting of angle iron sign board with double coat primer and enamel paint of black colour on frame both side and sky blue on MS sheet both side including all labour, material etc. complete. 21 Writing on angle iron sign board both sides of given matter with Post Office Red Color Fluorescent Paint as per drawing and detail given including all labour, material etc. complete. 22 Loading/Unloading & transportation of material, T&P including all labour etc complete. 23 Tentage charges 24 Reduce level survey work & fixing of latitude & longitude including all labour T&P etc.
