Tender For Supply Of Software Application Under Operation And Maintenance Division Dewas Scope of ANDROID MOBILE APPLICATION FOR METER READING: This Specification covers the basic requirements of an Android application, suitable for mobile Handset that can communicate with DLMS Meters as per IEC62056 Part-1. Scope covers, Supply of the software mobile application to be loaded on the mobile device. Physical Inter face of Mobile Application device: The communication between the meter and mobile device will be bi-directional and through USB optical probe with OTG cable with Type B/C. Universal optical cable with USB, OTG port setup will be scope on Utility. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF METER READING MOBILE APP: The Meter Reading MOBILE APP should work with IMEI license to enhance the security of un authorized access of the energy meter. The Meter Reading through the Mobile APP at Feeder/Substation and data will be uploaded directly to Server in Security format and Raw Data will be converted and send back to MPPKVVCL-Server in MIOS-XML file for further process in MDAS Application. The Meter Reading MOBILE APP should have a provision to store and forwarded the data in case of Network failure after downloading. Should support both online and offline mode (On poor/weak network and network not available area- data shall be stored in the device memory, user should be able to upload all the offline data when network connection resumes). The Meter Reading APP should read parameters like Instantaneous, Billing, Tamper Events, Load Survey & All Data as per IEC 62056-2 Part-1 Standard based on the Category of Meters with parameter Classification. METER READING APP Mobile Requirements: The Meter Reading app should be compatible with android mobile hand set with following minimum requirements. The Android mobile hand set will not be in the scope of supply. Operating Systems: Android Minimum OS version required Android Lollipop 6.0 or above DATA Downloading from ALL type of DLMS Meters as per IEC62056-21Part-1Standard: Complete Energy Meter data stored in the energy meter memory. Instantaneous parameters,at the time of reading Billing data, present and last 6/12months histories as per the DLMS meter make. Load survey,3/7/35days/complete no. of days stored in the meter. Tamper data, Settings/Configuration data. Data Logging in the Mobile phone shall be date and time stamped. [M2] Mobile App License for Reading all Profile Substation with 2- IMEI No.(like Instantaneous, Billing, Tamper, Events, & Load Survey as per IEC 62056-21 Part-1 Standard based on the Category of Meters with parameter Classification) For 180 Cloud & Data Conversion (Convert the meter raw data into a standard MIOSXML output file and upload it to the MPPKVVCL server location For 180 days.
