Remote operated with 5-7 Kg air pressure air to close (No air to open) pneumatic steam drain isolation ball valve with pneumatic actuator, Forged Alloy Steel (F22), Press (bar) & Temp (°C): 180 & 540, Pipe dimension & connection: ø48x10SW, 4500 1.5” 06 XEN/Stores, DCRTPP, Yamuna Nagar 2. Zero passing integrated metal seated manual ball valve. Forged alloy steel (F22), Press (bar) & Temp (°C): 180 & 540, Pipe dimension & connection: ø48x10SW, 4500 1.5” 04 3. Zero passing integrated metal seated manual ball valve. Forged alloy steel (F22) lever operated, Press (bar) & Temp (°C) : 180 & 540, Pipe dimension & connection: ø60x11SW, 4500 2” 02 4. Zero passing integrated metal seated ball valve. Forged carbon steel, Socket weld. Remote operated with 5-7kg air pressure Air to close (No air to open), Pneumatic steam drain isolation ball valve with pneumatic actuator, Press (bar) & Temp (°C) : 45 & 540, Pipe dimension & connection: ø48x10SW, 2500 1.5” 05 Note- I Shut off shall be absolute zero leakage. Valve seat, gland, body seals and studs shall be tested to zero bubbles and zero drops of leakage test certificate provided. All valves and attached fittings shall be IBR certified. Note- II Guarantee class 04 years zero leakage (Zero bubbles). In case of any failure/defect/passing/internal leakage observed in any installed valves, the supplier has to replace the valve at the earliest possible time (within maximum period of 30 days) after intimation given to supplier. Note-III Commissioning support shall be provided free of cost for installation of the valves (Maximum 10 days). Operation & maintenance manuals and drawing shall be provided by firm.
