Tender For Fabrication Job--Lding Of All The Piping Items Already Laid Onsleepers Or Before Lowering In Case Ofunderground Sections In Line With The Above G Enclause ( Point-1 ) Including Pre-Heating, Edgepreparation, Grinding ( V-Grove Making ) , Checkingof Root Pass By Dye Penetration Sting, Providing Small Bore ( Less Than 2 Inch ) Tapingsfor Gauges, Drains, Vents Etc. If Required. Allthe Jobs To Be Completed Per The Instructionsof The Hpcl Engineer In Charge. Root Welding Tobe Done With E6010 Electrodes And Subsequent Runswith E701 Manufacturers To Be Either Esab Oradvani Oerlikon Or Approved Make By Hpcl. In Caseof Reinforcing Pads, Pipe Will Be Supplied B Hpcl, Weld Measurement Will Be 3 Times The Sizeof Stub / Branch, Ope Of Work Includes Erection Of Conveyorsections As Per Instructions Of Engineer Incharge Which Includes Following Activities ( Stis Indicative And Not Exhaustive ) . 1 ) Carrying Newconveyor Sections, Drive Unit Sections To Worksite From The Storage Area. Carrying Conveyorsections From Point Of Storage To Area Designatedfor Fabrication In The Plant ( If Required ) Andbriging Fabric Ed Sections Back To Workplace.3 ) Physically Mounting Conveyor Sections In Shedby Carrying Out Proper Alignment. 4 ) Carrying Outm Ifications In Existing Conveyor For Suiting Tonew Conveyor . ( Job Will Include Cutting , Welding, Grinding, Fabrication I.E. Hot Wo Activitieswhich Necessarily Have To Be Done Away From Worksite Or During Non Operational Hours I.E. Nightshift Or On Sundays / Olidays ) . 5 ) Fixing Allconveyor Sections With Anchor Fasteners.6 ) Mounting And Aligning Gearboxes In Drive Units.7 ) Mounting And Xing Conveyor Railings. 8 ) Fixingteflon Strips To Conveyors And Railings Ifrequired. 9 ) Fixing Packing Rubber Betweenconveyor Se Ions. 10 ) Laying Of Detachable Typechain On Conveyor Sections By Linking Smallerpieces Of Chain Together. 11 ) Mounting And Fixing Otors To Gearboxes. 12 ) Positioning And Fixingsoap Trays At Chain Dipping Points. 13 ) Carryingaway Debris And Waste Generated Duri Erectionof Conveyor To Designated Place In Plant / Scrapyard. 14 ) Carrying Away Leftover Conveyorsections, Unused Material To De Gnated Place Asdirected By Engineer In Charge. Material Requiredfor Erection Of Conveyor ( List Is Indicative Andnot Exhaustive Party Will Have To Arrange Formaterial Required During Erection. 1 ) Groutingbolt -M16 X 125 With Nut 2 ) Packing Rubber - 5 X400 40 3 ) Conveyor Joint Bolt- M10x40 With Nut4 ) Railing Bolt - M10x25 With Nut 5 ) Leg Bolt-M10x25 With Nut Party Will Have To Arrange Lltools And Tackles Required For Execution Of Thework. All Grouting Bolts / Fastners And Hardwarematerial Will Be In Partys Sc E. Onlyelectrical Connection Will Be Provided At Sitefor Execution Of Work, Pply And Laying Of 2 Inch Mild Steel Pipeline
