The general terms and conditions for the GEM tender are as follows: 1. For the authenticity of the records and information uploaded along with the tender, an affidavit will have to be given on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 100.00 that all the information and records uploaded are true. 2. If the tenderer organizations have ever been blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, PSU or other organizations, then their tender will be rejected. 3.
