Structural Audit Of Bldg No P-49 & P-60 At New Chitral Line In The Area Of Age Br-Iii Under Ge ( West ) Delhi Cantt-10.; 1 Preparation Ofdetailed Project Report Including Recommendation Of Repair Methodology / Specification And Detailed Estimate To Ensure Further Safety Life Of The Building 2 Consultancy For Rehabilitation And Restrengthening Of Bldg No. P-49 & P-60 At New Chitral Line Which Includes :- 3 Condition Survey ( Visual Inspection ) Visual Inspection Of Residential Buildings By Walk Down / Survey Of Entire Structure From Inside And Outside And Recording Of Parameters Like Cracks, Spalling Of Concrete, Water Seepage, Corrosion Of Reinforcement, Any Anamalies In The Building Structural System With Respect To General Engineering Practices, Any Settlement Of Floors Or Surronding Of Bldgs Etc, And Submitting The Observations In The Final Report. It Includes The Measurement And Assessment Of Visible Damages, Visible Deviations And Deformations Like Cracks, Distress, Surface Damages, Flaking, Discoloration. Local Weaknesses, Settlements Etc, Visual Inspection Shall Largely Cover Areas Of High Distress, Abnormal Variations In Structure And Would Be Documented In The Form Of Worksheets, Photographic Records, And Distress Over Drawings ( If Available ) 4 Condition Assessment ( Ndt / Pdt ) : Objective Of The Condition Assessment Is To Estimate The Extent Of Deterioration Of Durability And Strength With Respect To The Design Requirements And Technical Specification.
