No. Description of work Unit Total Qty Rate Amount 1 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete Sqm 450 2 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) Sqm 50 3 Providing and applying white cement-based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Make: JK/ Birla. Sqm 200 4 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work. Make: Asian paint/ Nerolac/Shalimar or equivalent. Sqm 450 5 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: old work (one or more coats).
