Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbs, sapling and trees girth up to 300mm,removal of sumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned,up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness all labour, hire charges of all machineries., complete. (ii) By mechanical means (A) In area of light jungle.includingall labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge of work.

Removal of earth from the choked hill side / other drain and disposing it on the valley side manually including cost of labour, lead, lift etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge of work.

Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding resh approved soil up to 150mm excavated by excavator, carriage by tipper and compacting it with plate compactor to the desired field density including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading unloading, lead & lift etc. as per the directions of Engineer in charge of work.

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, 40 mm. Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous materil as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surfac to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2. Grading I - 19 mm (Nominal size) as per the directions of Engineer in charge of work.
