Taking out old unserviceable BER Geyser/Ceiling fan/Wall mounted fan from site and deposing to MES department for their custody and making good the disturbed surface as per existing complete all as directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copperinner tank and heating element up to 2 KW capacity 25 liter, BEE 5 Starrated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat,NRV, connection piece etc operated on 230 Volt, single phase supply AC complete all as directed

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor(BLDC) complete all as directed

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of wall mounting fan stepped regulating type 400 mm sweep,230 volts including with fitment like hooks nut bolts etc complete all as directed

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Pedestalfan 450 mm sweep, operated on 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, BEE 5 star rated, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, electronic regulator unit for speed control etc, complete as directed.

M&L for numbering on ceiling fan/ wall mounted fan/Pedestal fan/ geyser etc with black enameled paint complete as directed.
