Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - --The following are the terms of service of custom tender through GEM portal for supply of food and refreshments to participants and master trainers participating in various training programs to be organized at the Institute for the year 2023-24 (01 year):- 1. The caterer selected by the institute will be given permission to use the premises. The building, furniture, electricity, and water will be made available to the caterer selected by the institute. Rest of the requirements will be met by the caterer himself. 2. The Acharya or any officer/representative deputed by him can inspect the premises (dining hall, kitchen etc.) at any time and give instructions to remove the food items found unfit for consumption. The caterer must comply with these instructions without delay. 4. The Caterer shall ensure complete compliance of the instructions issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regarding quality of food items, personal hygiene of working personnel, maintenance of premises and cleanliness and hygiene. 5. The caterer must serve food in Bain Marie in buffet style in the Dining Hall. All the crockery etc. in the dining hall and crockery cup/plate etc. for tea in the training room will have to be arranged by yourself. 6. The caterer will have to make arrangements for serving the special guests on the dining table in the dining hall with trained staff, for which no separate fee / charges will be payable. 7. No change will be made by the catering contractor in the menu quantity and quality without the permission of the competent authority. 8. Vegetables, fruits, bread, milk, should be fresh and of quality and their storage should be in view of health and hygiene. 9. Use of artificial colors and plastic/thermocol glasses/plates etc. is strictly prohibited.
