Supply, erection & commissioning of E.O.T crane tested to 25% overload as per IS: 3177& IS: 807 completer with DI rail type Electric Wire Rope Holst confirming to IS: 3938, having technical para/meters as under:- * Capacity 3 metric Ton (3000 Kgs.) * Span of crane As per site requirement. (10-15 mtr.).*Bridge Construction Single Girder type construction consisting of R.S. Joist of adequate strength, complete with MS Square bar 40 mm welded to top flange of the beam (griders) *Height of lift 7.0 mtrs± 2 mtrs(Approximate) standard lift as per site requirement.*Duty class-II (indoor/outdoor type) duty. *Electric Motors Crane Duty, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor as per IS: 325, 5.4 rating suitable for 150 starts per hours with class- F insulation and IP: 55 protection, operating on A.C. 3- Phase, 50 Mz main power supply at 415 ( Volts+/- 10%) of bharatBijlee/Siemems /ABB/CGL make. (1)Hosting Motors: 3:00HP (2)Long travel Motor: 1 HP* Operating Speeds (1)Hosting Motors: 6 Meters: per minute or less (2)Long travel Motor: 15.0Meters: per minute * Brakes all motors of the crane shall be coupled to failsafe, A.C. electromagnetic Drum/Disc-type brakes designed to be declutched as soon as power supply is cut/switched off. *Gears all gears shall be of helical-type precision machine hobbled from tested quality alloy steel dully housed in a totally enclosed dust & vermin proof oil-bath lubricated gear boxes.* Wire Rope Tested quality, un galvanized steel wire rope of 6x36 or 6x37 construction with fiber/hemp core as per IS 2266 of USHA Martin make (size 13 mm/4 falls) shall be used. * Controls Form ground level through a plastic bodied pendant controller sustended from the hoist having control Voltage of 110-Volts. For safety of the operator complete with (Mains) on/off push-buttons. *Other Safety features Contractors & overload Relay shall be of Slemens/BCH make, Electrical terminals oftecnoplast/phenix/Elemax to prevent over hoisting/lowering of the hook block beyond operating limit two way shunt lever type limit switch shall be provided for long travel movement. Finally, a C- series MCB of MG/Hager make shall be provided for mains incoming supply beside individual use protection for all motors. * Trailing Cables Trailing cable, consisting of PVC insulated copper cables complete with cable carrier trolleys running on the section of ISLF: 50 designation as per approved make by Irrigation Depatt. With all minor civil work.(for Escape PH No. 1 S/C, Kairu PH No. 2,3, PH No. 3,4,5,8,9 Nigana Canal and NEw Sagwan Minor.
