    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - --1- The menu rate of food and snacks approved by the Directorate, Social Welfare, U.P. Lucknow for food and breakfast arrangements for students in Jai Prakash Narayan Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Hajipur, Sitapur, operated in Sitapur district under Social Welfare Department, U.P. Lucknow, maximum Rs. 2250.00 per month Per student ie Rs.0-75.00 per day per student is fixed. Bids in excess of the above rate will not be accepted. 2- The sanctioned capacity of boarders in the said institute is 490. According to the capacity of the students registered in the academic session 2023-24, there will be an estimated expenditure of Rs. 54.18 lakh for about 08 months. 3- Terms and conditions for bidding on Gem portal are as follows- Mandatory documents for technical bid A- PAN No. of the concerned / Firm, GST Certificate B- Photocopy of income tax return for 05 years. C- It will be mandatory for the firm of the tenderers to provide (I.T.R) for at least 05 years (2018-19 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23). D- Registered certificate / PAN card of the proprietor of the firm in the Income Tax Department. Evidence of depositing and e-filing Income Tax / (TDS) on turnover of the firm in the last 03 years. f) Proof of depositing and e-filing of GST on turnover of the firm in the last 03 years. Certificate of registration in G- (EPF) and (ESI). H - Character certificate of the proprietor of the firm issued by the District Magistrate. J- It will be mandatory for the firm to have a registration certificate in the Food Department (FSSAI) valid for at least 06 months from the date of publication of the bid.
