Tender For Restotation Of 11 Kv Power Supply & Repairing Of 63 Kva Transformer Substation & Allied Electrical Works At Kedukona Base Transceiver Station Under Kamrup Ba.1 Testing Checking and attending minor faults of 11/0.4 KV transformer up to 315 KVA Tightening HT & LT connections, cleaning transformer and substation area, meggering insulation values etc as and when required. Note.1- Replacement of minor spare like nuts, bolts, washer, jelly etc included in the rate. Note.2- Liasoning with APDCL authority for HT shutdown is agencies responsibility. 1 Nos Jobs 2 Attending break down faults of 11/0.4 KV transformer up to 315 KVA including replacement of any spares mentioned below. Note- Leasoning with APDCL authority for HT shutdown / disconnection / reconnection & charges if any is agencies responsibility. 2a) 100A, 4 pole MCCB ( thermal release range-(32 to 40) & (50 to 63) breaking capacity Icu=30. 1 Nos job 2b) Transformer oil ( HV grade ) with suitable di-electric strength (minimum of 45 KV at 2.5mm gap test for one minute atleast) .(Make :- M/s Power oil / Sabita, Apar industries or Govt approved agencies) 26 Ltr 3 Supplying & laying of 4x16 Sq mm 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated aluminium cond. Armoured LT cable from Transformer to Meter Panel i/c fixing on wall surface with clamps etc. as reqd 8 Mtr 4 Dismantling of existing pole mounted damaged metering panel & replacing the same with new & serviceable Metering panel fabricated with 16 mm thick M.S sheet and angle iron of nominal size 2.0 feet x 2.0 feet with door & locking arrangement, grouting the same in PCC foundation painting etc, complete with transportation etc as required. 1 job 5 Earthing with Gl Earth pipe 4.5 mtr long 40mm dia Ic accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc without charcoal,coke,and salt as required. 3 job 6 Repairing of 11.0 KV DO i/c replacement of damaged iron metal parts, connectrs and fuse etc. complete with testing etc as required. 3 jobs
