| 1 | Mobilizing of dredging equipment withall accessories, inclusive of charges for loading, transportation, insurance charges, all taxes, toll charges etc., at port and Highwayetcfrom source to site and charges for unloading at site, assembling of dredging units using required equipments including cost of all tools and plants, equipment, labour, consumables, fuel, etc., complete. |
| 2 | Removal of sedimentation deposits by dredging inside the Pillur reservoir as directed by the engineer at site incluing dredging up to 10m depth from dredger platform level in all kinds of soil as existing at site by suitable methods acceptable to the Engineer usingsuitable dredgers without disturbing / damaging the existing arrangements including water supply arrangements, Power, providing temporary well, pipe line arrangements, motor, hire charges of idle time for dredger in shallow area including charges for supplying, laying 250mm flexible pipe / hoses and other accessories for conveying the dredged materials up to 1km radius for filling the same in Geo tube (Bio-Degradable - Woven),T&P, labour, lead, lift,etc., complete (Excluding the cost of Geo tubes).Note:1) The measurement and payment will be as detailed in the tender Specification, 2) The work shall be carried in all water level conditions from FRL to Minimum Draw Down Level (MDDL). |
| 3 | Filling the dredged sediments in the Geo tubes (Bio Degradable of suitable size ) along the FRL line of the resevoir including the cost of Geo tubes, labour charges for laying the Geo tubes and leveling the site to place the Geo tubes in position asper specification and as directed by the Engineer at site. |
| 4 | Clearing scrub jungle and disposing away from site including cost of all materials, labour, lead lift, etc., complete. |
| 5 | Earth work excavation using earth moving machineries for formation of temporary coffers/ approach road including compaction, all labour, lead & lift, etc., complete as per the instruction of site engineer at site. |
| 6 | Demobilizing of dredging equipment, dredging pipe line, with accessories including loading at work site, insurance during conveyance, transportation charges, unloading at source including all tools and plants, equipment, labour, consumables, fuel, etc., complete and submission of detailed completion report. |
| 7 | GST for bidders within TamilNaduNote : Bidders within Tamil Nadu shall enter values separately for SGST and CGST and shall enter the value as \"Zero\" for IGST. |
