The Contractor Shall Supply Ac, Spring Loaded Fail Safe Electromagnetic Disk Brake Units Consist Of Friction Brake Disc Plate, Electromagnetic Coils, Brake Liner Etc. Suitable For Existing Eot Cranes Having Lifting Capacity Up To 10 Tonne. One Corresponding Piece Of Square Hub Shall Be Supplied Along With The Brake For Mounting On The Motor Shaft. Square Hub Shall Be Fixed In The Motor Shaft Using Key. The Work Consist Of Power Cable Disconnection Of Existing Brake Unit, Removal Of Brake Unit From The Motor Flanges With Out Causing Any Damage To The Motor, Drilling Suitable Mounting Holes In The Brake Unit, Fixing The Brake Unit To The Motor Flanges And Giving Power Connection To The Brake Unit From Motor Terminals.All Bolt, Nut, Washers Required For The Work Shall Be Arranged By The Contactor. Bolt, Nut, Washers Shall Be Of Ss. The Operation Of The Crane With The Brake Unit Shall Be Tested With Rated Load. Power Supply To The Main Motor Will Be Provided By Fact. 3 Supply, Installation And Testing Of Ac, Solenoid Operated ( Pull Up Type ) Brake Unit. The Contractor Shall Supplyac, Solenoid Operated, Fail Safe Brake Unit Consist Of Brake Wheel, Liner, Brake Lever, Ac Solenoid, Shock Absorber Etc. Suitable For Existing Eot Cranes Having Lifting Capacity Up To 10 Tonne. Coils Shall Be Class F Insulated Suitable For Continuous Duty Of Operation.The Work Consist Of Power Cable Disconnection Of Existing Brake Unit From Motor Terminals, Removal Of Brake Unit From The Existing Mounting, Fixing The New Brake Unit In The Mounting And Giving Power Connection To The Brake Unit From Motor Terminals. Any Foundation Changes Required For The Work Shall Be Carried Out By The Contractor. All Bolt, Nut, Washers Required For The Work Shall Be Arranged By The Contactor. Bolt, Nut, Washers Shall Be Of Ss. The Operation Of The Crane With The Brake Unit Shall Be Tested With Rated Load. Power Supply To The Main Motor Will Be Provided By Fact. 4 Supply, Installation And Testing Of Electro Hydraulic Thruster Brake Motor. The Contractor Shall Supply Ac, 3 Phase, Electro Hydraulic Thruster Brake Motor Suitable For Existing Eot Cranes Having Lifting Capacity Up To15 Tonne.Motor Rating And Dimensional Details Shall Be Matching With The Existing Motor. The Work Consist Of Power Cable Disconnection Of Existing Thruster Motor, Fixing New Thruster Motor To The Brake Unit Andgiving Power Connection To The Brake Motor From Motor Terminals. Any Foundation Changes Required For The Work Shall Be Carried Out By The Contractor. All Bolt, Nut, Washers Required For The Work Shall Be Arranged By The Contactor. Bolt, Nut, Washers Shall Be Of Ss. The Operation Of The Crane With The Thruster Brake Motor Shall Be Tested With Rated Load. Power Supply To The Main Motor Will Be Provided By Fact. 5 Fabrication And Supply Of Proximity Sensor Mounting & Detection System Using Ss 304 And Suitable Spring, Matching With The Existing Unit For Bagging Plant Stitching Machine. Contractor Should Supply One Number Of Spare Spring With Each Module. 6 Fabrication And Supply Of Cable Mounting Trolley For Eot Cranes. These Trolleys Shall Be Constructed Using Ss And Should Have Provision For Fixing 4 Number Of 4 Core 2.5Sq.Mm Cable. Travelling Of The Trolley Will Be Over 8 / 10 / 12 Sq.Mm Rope.
