Carrying Out Digitalized Topographical Land Survey With Totalstation / Digital Instrument Of High Precision, Making Position Of Each Physical Feature On The Ground True Of Their Positions Like Building, Sewer Lines / Storm Water Drains With Their Invert Levels, Manholes With Their Invert Levels, G.I. / C.I. Lines, Trees ( Giving Their Girth, Height And Foliage Etc ) Overhead Ht / Lt Electric Lines, Transformer, Substations, Oht Tube Wells, Electric And Tele Phone Poles, Roads, Paths, Existing Permanent / Temporary Structures, Fencing Boundary Walls / Lines, Gates, Drain Etc I / C The Marking Of Exact Location Of The Building With All Dimension & Height Of Inaccessible Structures Like Ht Lines, Oht Etc. The Digital Lay Out Should Also Show The Following Details:-A. Permanent Authorized Buildings And Temporary Structures To Be Clearly Marked Separately With Different Colours With Number Of Stories, B. Residential Quarters Showing Type Of Stories And Numbers In Each Block With Over All Statements, C. High Tension Lines Passing Through The Campus, D. Natural Nallahs Passing Campus, E. Boundary Of Campus Showing Length And Land As Per Revenue Record, F. Trees And Other Natural Features If Any, G. All The Road And Accesses. Preparation Of The Contour Plan At Suitable Contour Intervals, Depending Upon The Topography Of The Terrain And Preparing Drawing In A-1 Size, Recording Reduced Level At 5.0 M Intervals, Points Of Abrupt Change In Levels, Fixing Temporary Bench Marks ( T.B.M ) And Mark Them On Ground With Paint As Required, Calculation Of Area And Other Details Of Surveyed Area With Standard Surveying Software Programmer. Submission Of Five ( 5 ) Nos. Colored Drawings Along With 3 Nos. Soft Copies On Compact Disc ( Cd ) To Be 1:1000 Or Suitable Scale And Plotting On Autocad And Shall Consist Of Contour Plan Showing All Existing Physical Features With Assumed Northing, Easting As Required Including Calculation Sheet Of Land Area. Rate Shall Include Cost Of All Operations Described Above I / C Labour, Machinery, Stationery, T&P And Clearing Of Minor Jungle. The Site Survey Plan Should Be Provide Information About Length Of Boundaries, Drains From Point To Points And Dimensions Of Existing Structure As Well As Detailed Levels Of Points Structures.Delay Due To Topography Of Area Etc. And Nothing Extra Shall Be Payable. The Payment Will Be Made For Area Actually Surveyed. The Survey Work Will Be Carried Out As Per Standards Norms And Directions Of The Engineer-In-Charge.Please Note, First One Set Of Proposed Digital Lay Out Plan Will Be Submitted And After Approval Of Which Final Sets Shall Be Submitted As Mentioned Above.
