Stay arrangement for 7m/8m steel poles

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/Manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. ( For erection of poles). Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding thecost of centering and shuttering- all work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III):4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Embedding pipe Poles in cement concrete all complete as per direction of site in charge.

Structural steel work in single section to use as stay for pole type tower, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Slinging / Laying and splicing of ADSS including fixing of installation accessories, Acceptance Testing and makeover of route with As Built Diagram (ABD) including transportation of ADSS Cable and accessories from BSNL’s Store Depot.

Installation of spare OFC cable box,WSC,FDF, leading-in arrangement, jointing of Pig Tails and all other related activities for construction of ADSS /Aerial OFC route.

Supply of Adjustable cable Storage @ 5/Km

Formed OFC Dead end and termination fitting (@ 7/Km)

OFC Suspension fitting including all supprting items (@ 18/Km)
