| 1 | Supply of 4 wheel driven portable standard trolly mounted Diesel Generating Set having Prime power rating of 125KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415V , 50 Hz, 3 Phase AC supply system and for 0.85 load factor consisting of the following:a) Diesel Engine: 4 stroke, radiator cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for 125 KVA output of alternator at 40 degree C at normal RH, 50 meters (approx.) above MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be ?tted complete with all the required accessories.b) Engine mounted Instrument Panel ?tted with Start-stop switch with key and having digital display for following:(i) Water temperature indication(ii) Lubrication oil pressure indication.(iii) Battery charging indication(iv) RPM indication(v) Over speed indication(vi) Low lub. Oil trip indication(vii) Engine Running Hours indication(viii) Inbuild Control Panel: As per Speci?cation of DG Set para 2.4 of NIT.c) Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated at 125KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz. AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 degree C normal RH. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self- excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS with class H insulation.d) Base frame & foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel which shall be installed on suitable capacity trolly with AVM pads as per recommendations of manufacturer.e) Exhaust System: Dry exhaust manifold with residential exhaust silencer.f) Starting System: 12 V DC starting system comprising of starter motor: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries.g) Accoustic enclosure: Accoustic and weather proof enclosure of suitable size with arrangement. for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere as per upto date speci?cations of CPCB.h) Fuel tank: In built fuel tank suitable for 8 hrs of operation, fabricated from 14 SWG MS sheet as per manufacturers standards complete with drain. valve, air vent, inlet and outlet connection & level. indicator.i) Suitable capacity Trolley: Four wheeled trolley, with turn table, towing eye, axel, brake, 4 jacks, as per standard speci?cation of DG set manufacturers and as per speci?cation in NIT etc. |

| 4 | AMC Works: Repair and Maintenance Contract of 125 KVA DG Sets after completion of DLP which includes quarterly visit for checking the Engine and Alternator including attending fault / breakdown calls as and when required. During the period of the contract agency shall carry out the periodical maintenance of Engine i.e. A Check, B check & C check Alternator side i.e., vibration, diode, bearings, terminals including supply & replacement of required spares as specified and recommended by manufacturer.1st Year |
