    Bids Are Invited For 3000009395_ 82729042219_ Schneider Electric Make Vcb (Q3) Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Schneider Electric make Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCBs) for HT Drives. The VCBs shall be Trolley mounted, Drawout type, 12KV, 1250A, with all accessories and the following features. Existing Schneider Electric make VCB details: TYPE: SJARHJYOTOMT1 IS: 13118 SR.No: 5247PR257/5 VOLTAGE: 12KV CURRENT: 1250A FREQUENCY: 50HZ S.C.BREAKING CURRENT: 40KA DURATION OF S.C: 3-SEC S.C.MAKING CURRENT : 66KApk INSULATION LEVEL: 75KVpk CLOSING COIL: 110V DC OPENING COIL: 110V DC SPRING CHARGE MOTOR: 110V DC CONTROL SUPPLY: 110V DC VCB supplied shall have facility for both Electrical and Manual - Spring charging and Close/Trip facilities. The VCBs shall be 1:1 replaceble in any of the existing breaker cubicles of Boilers-1/2/3 without any modifications. No modifications in the existing Breaker cubicle/Control circuit wiring is allowed for commissioning of these VCBs. All tools/tackles, any hardware and consumable spares required for commissioning of VCBs are in the scope of the Bidder. The party shall submit all the Technical drawings of the VCBs and also the control circuit termination drawings after commissioning of VCBs. Operation and Maintenance manual with all spares listed to be supplied along with the VCBs. Basic Operational/troubleshoot training to be provided to our concerned maintenance staff at our site after successful testing of the VCBs. Total Quantity : 6
