Tender For Hearth Residual Lining Evaluation By Ndt 1 Lo Item Details : Title of SPR : BF HEARTH RESIDUAL LINING EVALUATION VIA NDT TECHNOLOGY. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Scope of Work- Vendor --------------------- • Job to be taken up during the month of Oct’23 - Capital shutdown. • Study the refractory layout of the hearths of the 2200 m3 Blast Furnace. • The surface of the shell of the blast furnace will be prepared for measurement. • Measurements will be made in correspondence to vertical and horizontal sections of the furnace, whenever there will be available places for the installation of the sensors. • Data will be collected for further post-processing and expert analysis that will be performed outside the plant. • The position and the real situation of the residual lining, the determination of location and dimension of cracks, the existence of inhomogeneous areas etc. will be (first) determined and (then) reported based on the technical drawings of the furnace. • The final report will be issued, including a description of the measuring methodology, the process of diagnostics, the result of d iagnostics and the related drawings. • Please consider the area above the tuyere level, in between the tuyeres and below the belly. • Elaborate the execution of non-destructive testing technology. • Provide no. of measurement points during testing. • Provide recent NDT report of other BFs for reference purpose. • All the PPE’s in vendor scope. • Necessary safety to be maintained during job execution at site. • All the tools <(>&<)> tackles <(>&<)> manpower will be in vendor scope. • Any item which is required to complete the job but not mention in the list will be in vendor scope. • Job to be completed, as per work order. • No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. • Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. • Job will be done, as per instruction of site Incharge. • Covid-19 norms to be followed strictly. Scope of Work- AM / NS Steel ---------------------------- • Provided technical drawings. • Necessary permit for job execution at site <(>&<)> Supervision. • Lodging <(>&<)> boarding for all team member in AMNS scope. Specific Penalty for nonperformance by vendor and must be cardinally measured
