    Bids Are Invited For Hood, Dwn: 3.30. 58.56. 6. Md103 ( Q3 ) , Skirt, Movable, Dwn: 3.30. 58.56. 6. Md103 ------Hood Is Made Of 200 Tubes Of 38 Mm Diameter X 4.5 Thick And Both Inlet And Outlet Headers Of 273 Mm Diameter X 12.5 Mm Thick. Outlet Header Is Mounted With A Flange, Which In Turn Is Fixed With The Cooling Stack Using 24 Nos. Of Toggle Bolts. The Bottom Header Is In Hanging Position With Two Supports Taken From Two Constant Spring Hanger Mounted In Hood Traverse Carriage. Bottom Header Is Also Flange Mounted With Which Cooling Ring Is Fixed. Hood Is Having Three Openings, Two For Fixing Hydraulic Jacks Required During Assembly. Four Structural Brackets Are Welded With The Hood, Each At 90-Degree Apart For Locking The Skirt Hydraulic Cylinders. Both Top And Bottom Header Is Having Six Projected Pipe Openings Of 219 Mm Diameter And 8 Mm Thick For Inlet And Outlet Water Flow And Six Flange Mounted Opening ( Pipe Of Dn 100 And Pn 40 Fitted With Blank Flange ) For Cleaning And Inspection Purpose. The Inlet Header Is Having 200 Nos. Threaded Pockets Fitted With Plugs For Cleaning And Inspection Of All The Individual Tubes. One Number Lifting Lug Is Welded With Top Header For Lifting The Hood ( Q3 ) Total Quantity : 2
