The Contractor Shall Maintain T&P As Per The Relevant Clause Of Particular Specifications Of The Tender Documents. 2 Preparing Existing Black Top Bituminous Surfaces By Brushing With Wire Brushes For Removing Caked Mud Etc, Sweeping With Brooms And Finally Fanning The Cleaned Surface With Mechanical Air Blower To Remove All Loose Dirt / Foreign Materials And Applying Evenly A Priming Tack Coat With Bituminous Primer ( Paving Bitumen Of Viscosity Grade Vg-30 ) Atthe Rate Of 5 Kg Per 10 Sqm Of Surfacelaying Bituminouspremix Asphaltic Semi Dense Concrete Of30 Mm Consolidated Thickness With 5.5 %Binder Content Of Viscosity Grade Vg-30 By Weight Of Total Mix And 4% Stone Dust Conforming To Specification For Filler As Per Irc-95, 1987 ( Filler ) Prepared In Hot Mix Plant, Rolled And Compacted To Required Camber And Gradient To Uniform Smooth Surfaces By Mechanical Paver And Using 8 To 12 Tonne Power Roller, Complete All As Specified And As Directed By Engr-In-Charge.Note:-The Minimum Consolidated Thickness Will Be 30Mm.
