The Pipes Shall Be Fitted On Delivery Side Of The Pumping Unit. 2 Providing And Fitting Of 350Mm Nominal Dia Ms Flanges To The Ms Pipe. The Flanges Shall Be 12Mm Thick. The Flanges Shall Be Fitted On The Pipes Using Superior Class Welding Electrodes And Leak Proof Welding.The Job Is To Be Carried Out By Highly Skilled Technician .Job Includes All Tools And Tackles Required For Completion Of The Job. 3 Painting Of Ms Pipe With Two Coats Of The Redoxide Primer And Two Coats Of Enamel Paint. 4 Fitting Of Departmentally Provided 350Mm Dia Ms Flanged Bend As Per Site Requirement To Be Fitted On Delivery Side Of The Pumping Unit. The Ms Bend Is Lying At Mandyari Old Site Which Is Far Away From Mirchimer Mirgund Site And Thus Needs To Be Shifted In A Private Load Carrier.Job Includes Charges Of All Tools, Tackles, Skilled Technician Required For Completion Of The Job. 5 Providing And Fitting Of 350Mm Nominal Dia Ms Flange To Be Fitted On The Bottom Of The Delivery Pipe Fabricated Out Of 12Mm Thick Ms Plate. The Job Also Included Cutting Of Portion Of Ms Pipe At The Bottom Creating Window Like Opening For The Exit Of Delivery Water Into The Delivery Tank. The Cutting Of The Pipe Is Done So That The Water Falling From Height Will Have Low Impact On The Delivery Tank And Hence Will Not Erode The Concrete Of The Delivery Tank Which Is Affecting To A Greater Extent Currently. 6 Repairs To 350Mm Dia Ms Foot Valve By Way Of: A. Welding To The Cracked Hinges And Its Rebuilding By Way Of Bushing And Hinge Rod As Per Requirement, Finishing To The Valve Seat And Valve Plate. P / F Of Rubber Washer To Weight Plate. D. P / F Of Rubber Washer Retaining Platee. P / F Of Assorted Size Nuts And Bolt As Per Requirement.F. Job Includes Re-Assembling Of Foot Valve After Repairs, Shifting Back To Site And Installing On Suction Side By Engaging Skilled Labour Besides Testing The Foot Valve. 7 Repairs To The Delivery Side Of The Priming Pumping Unit By Way Of Replacement Of Worn Out Portion Of 50M Dia Gi Pipe With 50Mm Dia Gi Nipple 6 Inch Long.
