WE REQUIRE YOUR CONSENT LETTER THAT IF YOU ARE AWARDED THE CONTRACT THAN YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY SECURITY DEPOSIT RS.75000=00 BY DEMAND DRAFT IN FAVOUR OF M/S. BARODA DIST.CO-OP MILK PRODUCERS’ UNION LTD.(PAYABLE AT BARODA). THE AMOUNT WOULD BE KEPT AS DEPOSIT AND AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE CONTRACT.THE AMOUNT DEPOSIT WOULD BE RETURNED BACK TO YOU WITHOUT INTEREST.IN CASE OF NON EXECUTION OF CONTRACT/ORDER,SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.WHICH MAY PLEASE BE NOTED.FSSAI CERTIFICATE SHOULD BE ATTACHED ALONG WITH OFFER COMPULSORILY.
