    Arrangement Of Necessary T And P Required For Pole Casting Work At Departmental Pole Unit, Gonda- 1 Supply & installation of Triple Spur geared typechain pulley blocks of manually operatedIndef/Morris or equivalent make tested to 50%overload as per IS 3832/1986 having lift of 3.00with alloy steel, load chain of grade 80 as per IS6216 forged steel hooks as per IS 8610 andscrew & friction disc type self-actuating loadbrake to hold & sustain load in any workingcondition for complete safety as per standardmanufacturing detailed specification and as persample approved by E/I Capacity 2.00 MT,including all labour, cartage, T&P etc required forproper completion of work. 2 Supply and installation of chain Electric Hoist of 2MT capacity tested to 25% overload as per IS3938-1-1983 or latest edition having lift of 5.0Meter with squirrel cage induction electric motoras per IS 335 15HP 115 Volts 50 cycle (6%) withpendent push button control panel of ISI orequivalent make for control hoisting and loweringmotions from ground level co ISI make and tailedsafety as per standard manufacturing detailedspecification and as per sample approved by E/I,including all labour, cartage, T&P etc required forproper completion of work. 3 Supply of mechanical Dynamometers 2 toncapacity of approved make for Testing of PCCPoles. 4 Fabrication and supply of concrete mix carryingtrolley suitable for one batch of concrete mixmade of 16 gauge MS sheet (Approx Area 5.0Sqm) with frame handle of 40mm dia MS pipe Cclass of length 2.5 RM with axle of 40mm square,80cm long with 2 no. bearing ISI marked(65Nos.) with 2 No. Tyres/Tubes suitable for rim400x8 Ply MRF/Dunlop make or equivalentmake, Nut Bolts, duly painted etc complete asper approved drawing & design and as persample approved by E/I. 5 Supply of heavy duty wheels for gantry
