Supply of fully automatic star- delta starter panel for 270 HP squirrel cage induction motor.Panel should consist – 630 Amp.TP, 50 KA.MCCB thermal magnetic based release( with motor backup protection) with digital amp. meter and volt meter. Power contactor 225 Amp.TP aux. supply 220 Volt AC with 2 NO + 2 NC(L & T MNX) Power contactor 300 Amp TP aux. supply 220 Volt AC with 2 NO + 2 NC(L & T MNX),thermal overload relay MN(135-225 Amp)star- delta timer, auto/manual switch, star-stop push button with indication lamp. Enclosure construction should be completely modular and compartmentalized, form 3B suferation, structure, cover back & front door will be fabricated out of 2mm CRCA sheet with non load bearing membrane will be of 1.6mm CRCA. Gland plate should be of 3mm CRCA sheet & base frame of 75 x 40x5mm SMC & DMC channel. Maximum operated height 1800mm,minimum operated height 300mm. Wiring of panel should be done by ISI mark PVC insulated copper wire with proper fruling.Sufficient space should be given between contactor for attending any break down. Aluminum bus bar will be E-91E grade.
