Tender For Up-Gradation / Modification Of Substation Equipment For Nirmal Chhaya, Tihar Jail, New Delhi--1 Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in the existing panel board including dismantling of existing fuse, provinding and fixing of suitable size & capacity of bus bar, drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, complete etc. as required. 1.01 100 A, 30kA, FPMCCB 1.02 125 A, 36kA, FPMCCB 1.03 200 A, 36kA, FPMCCB 1.04 250 A, 36kA, FPMCCB 2 Supplying and Fixing of following size 4 Pole change over switch in sheet steel enclosure suitable for operation on 415V 3 phase AC supply i/c connections, complete etc. as required. 2.01 250 Amp 2.02 400 Amp 3 Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. 4 Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required. 5 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. 6 Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required. 7 Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required. 8 Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required. 9 SITC of P.T. having burden 100VA, Class 1.0 in the existing 11KV VCB panel i/c connections complete etc as reqd. (i/c credit of the dismantled material to the agency) 10 SITC of following items in the existing LT/AMF panel i/c connections complete etc as reqd.
