Carrying out Structural Audit ofTE Building (G+3) ( Plinth area 3600.00 Sqm) at Dampier Nagar Mathura, U.P.as per details below.

(i) Detailed Visual Inspection by the experienced structural Engineer, using hammer test for sensing of unknown features and noting of defects, cracks, leakages in standard format to be used further for repairs & rehabilitation purpose.

(ii) Identification of locations for Non Destructive Testing. Carrying out Non Destructive testing of structural members by using Rebound Hammer Test and Ultra-Sonic Pulse Velocity Test at identified locations, recording of test readings with location details in standard format.

(iii)Submission of Structural Audit Report alongwith Structural Stability Certificate, Measures to be taken for life enhancement of building, repairs & rehabilation details required to be carried out, advice of suitable & modern methods/materials & techniques etc.

(iv)Submission of detailed estimate for Structural Repairs alongwith nomenclature of items, measurement sheet, location and Rate Analysis of Items to be executed.

(v)To depute the Engineer as & when required for Coordination of activities, site visits of BSNL authorities and meetings.

Carrying out the following test in structural members ofT E.building as per necesity of above job in item no.1, for sufficient analysis of present condition of structure. The rate includes the analysis of test result, corelation with actual structure under consideration. conclution comments, This also include the cost of micro concrete for filling the core portion.
